Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Italy only.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping costs €5.90. Orders of €50 or more ship for free.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated shipping time is 7-10 business days from order confirmation. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Some New Drops items are printed on demand, so delivery may take slightly longer.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Which sizes are available?
T-shirts and sweatshirts come in unisex sizes from S to XL. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one for a more comfortable fit.
Can I return a product?
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order in case of non-conformity or evident printing errors by emailing shop@gibimerch.it. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Read our refund policy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely with the main payment methods available at checkout (credit and debit cards and other digital methods).
Are these the same products sold at the races?
Yes: these are official Follow Your Passion products, the same ones you find at our events.
